Each grain is a biological unit that contains everything that is necessary for life:

- water in percentage from 12% to 20%

- proteins (on average 20%) and sugars (glucose and fructose)

- lipids (about 5% variable content) including Omega 3 and Omega 6

- mineral salts such as potassium, silicon, iron, magnesium, sulfur, chlorine, calcium, manganese, phosphorus, copper

- a large number of vitamins especially of group B (B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B6, B7, B8, B9, B12) vitamins A, C, D, E, K, PP

- enzymes, coenzymes, growth hormones (estrogens, androgens, acetylcholine and other substances of antibiotic activity), pigments such as carotinoids, anthocyanins etc.

How to use:

For consumption we recommend chewing it for a long time or diluting it in not warm drinks (water, milk or herbal tea); it can also be mixed with honey, jam or yogurt.

For adults we recommend a quantity of 15/20 g per day (one tablespoon) and 5/10 g for children, for a duration of 1-3 months.

The most appropriate time for hiring is fasting in the morning and is recommended in cases of convalescence, for anemics, children, the elderly, poor appetite, pregnant women and physical and mental surmenage.
