Biancolilla - with a typical Sicilian flavour, green or straw yellow color with golden hues, lightly fruity, slightly spicy and very aromatic.
Cerasuola - Nutritional content very beneficial for the body due to the high presence of beta-carotene, unsaturated fats and tecopherols for an action against cholesterol in the blood, antioxidant and defense against cardiovascular pathologies, tumors and cellular ageing.
Nocellara - prized autochthonous Sicilian cultivar, color from yellow to intense green and very low acidity, fruity of olive, slightly spicy bitter taste with a hint of sweetness.
Passulunara - autochthonous Sicilian cultivar with low acidity, olfactory and gustatory characteristics that has no comparison with high content of polyphenols, tocopherols and vitamin E, predominantly yellow color, fruity olive nose of medium intensity with sensations of tomato, thistle , almond and artichoke, the taste tends to be bitter with a spicy sensation and a slight hint of sweetness.
