Organic Fresh Pecorino Cheese - "First-salt"
Fresh organic sheep's milk cheese from our own farms, commonly called "Primosale", with raw processing and without added lactic ferments.
Produced in the upper part of the territory of Santo Stefano Quisquina, it contains in the taste the scents of a mountain pasture, at the foot of a wooded area ranging from 900 to 1000 meters above sea level.
The craftsmanship and the possibility of processing raw milk without added enzymes gives the cheese the authentic and traditional taste of a Sicilian primosale.
