Located in Ribera, in an area almost at sea level which bases a large part of its economy on the cultivation and distribution of seasonal fruit, the Scyavuru company selects the best quality fruit of its own production, being farmers for three generations, which it transforms with traditional methods for a line that contains the typical Sicilian flavors.

In the processing, natural pectin extracted from the citrus peel is used to shorten cooking times and enhance the fruit, safeguarding the aroma and color of the products.

Quality and taste with the typical flavors of Black Fig and pricly pear, Citrus and seasonal fruit, as well as refined products such as the organic line with only fruit sugars or Strawberry jam from Sciacca and Ribera, a Slow Food presidium for its unique characteristics and taste intense and fragrant.
