Honey of "Sulla"

With a very light color and a delicate flavor with vegetal notes and fruity components. Even the smell is not particularly significant and is described as generic of honey with vegetal notes.

Sulla is a leguminous plant and gives honey a very high fructose component but with a sweetening power lower than that of other honeys such as millefiori. Rich in iron, zinc, copper, magnesium and manganese, it is an excellent ally for athletes and sportsmen, as well as a cure for sore throats.

Produced in the heart of the Sicani Mountains by their bees raised in beehives, in wooden frames and wax, treated only with non-toxic paints.

Cold-worked and extracted by centrifugal force it is a food composed of simple and natural sugars such as fructose and glucose.

It can crystallize in the presence of low temperatures and become liquid again by heating the jar in a bain-marie at a temperature not exceeding 40 ° C.
