IdroMiele is produced from the natural fermentation of a water and honey must from Apicoltura Traina, with a process that lasts almost 12 months.

Defined sacred drink to humanity, perhaps the oldest alcoholic beverage produced by man. In Celtic traditions it was also known as the drink of the gods.

The product with honey from Traina beekeeping is soft, sweet and delicate on the palate, with fruity and floral notes. It goes well with fresh and aged cheeses, also excellent as a dessert.

Consumption is recommended at a temperature between 8 and 10 degrees.
