Trapanese Pesto

Prepared on the basis of the well-known "agghiata trapanisa", this pesto is characterized by a delicate but very aromatic flavor, given by the use of strongly Mediterranean ingredients.

How to use:

It lends itself well to the preparation of pasta dishes, both hot and cold. It is advisable to taste the pesto with the traditional "busiate" from Trapani.

Tomato pulp, cherry tomato, basil, tomato sauce, almonds, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, sugar, salt, acidity regulator: E330, black pepper.
