Locally farmed meat from the Santo Stefano Quisquina area without the use of preservatives, all the taste of first choice meat from the Sicani Mountains.
Pork Sausage born and raised in the area, sausage with manually worked dough and natural casing, with the addition of only salt, wild fennel seeds and black pepper, all for an authentic and traditional taste.
Preparations
Sausage: barbecue/pan/oven
Fresh product processed on the day of shipment and vacuum-packed, shipped in polystyrene boxes with refrigerated gel. Upon receipt, consume within the expiry date or place in the freezer for a maximum of 2-3 months.
Any change in color tending towards dark in the meat is due to the vacuum and does not affect the quality of the product. Once the package is opened it oxygenates and returns to its natural color in a few minutes.
Shipments take place only on Mondays and Tuesdays, delivery times are 1 day in Sicily, 2 days for the rest of Italy, 3 days for Sardinia and the main European countries. Any delays by the courier will be due to unmanageable unforeseen circumstances and therefore cannot be considered a reason for return.
