Mainly characterized by the taste of local wild fennel seeds, it recalls in everything and for all the fresh local sausage.

The drying procedure makes it practical to eat at any time, both as an aperitif and as a snack, with the possibility of flavoring even pasta, pizza or to stuff sandwiches, perhaps with the addition of sweet and sour onion.
