Produced with only local pork, raised in the territory of Santo Stefano Quisquina, it is processed with local aromas to give it a typical local taste.

Excellent for all occasions, its main characteristic is a marked softness and an excellent consistency of the fat, due to the particular care in the craftsmanship.
