The mother yeast, the slow leavening, the pistachio paste used in the dough accompany a delicious filling with pistachio cream, crunchy pistyacchi pralines and Bourbon Givrèe vanilla pods which make the whole thing a product of the highest quality and delicacy, as it is covered with a icing of the finest pistachio chocolate and grains that complete the work.
