Produced with only basic ingredients and Sicilian almonds of the "Tuono" variety of high quality in a totally artisanal way.

Malleable compound that lends itself to pastry in the preparation of sweets or decorations and lends itself to the preparation of almond milk, to be consumed fresh in summer or as an alternative to animal milk all year round.

For the preparation of almond milk it is sufficient to take the 200 g block, cut it into small pieces and add 1 liter of cold water, put in a blender or with an immersion mixer until the dough is completely melted.

The product is ready and optionally you can also filter, to keep in the fridge and to be consumed within 5 days.
