Artisanal Fresch Caciocavallo Cheese

Spun paste cheese made from unpasteurized cow's milk, with the addition of only rennet and salt.

Aged for about 4-5 days, it has a straw yellow color and is produced in a totally artisan way. The taste is sweet but tasty, given by the uncontaminated pastures of Sicily right at the foot of the Quisquina Hermitage.
