Smoked Caciotta Cheese
Spun paste cow's cheese with saturated brine salting, smoking with liquid smoke and seasoning for 7 to 15 days.
It has a pear shape with a thin, smooth and amber yellow rind. The paste is compact straw yellow in color. The smell is pleasant and the taste sweet, delicate and with strong aromatic notes.

Thermised whole cow's milk, whey graft, salt, rennet, liquid smoke.
