Prepared according to a traditional Sican recipe with sugar, vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. The apparent simplicity of the ingredients and the recipe actually contains a delicate but intense taste.

How to use:

Perfect as an accompaniment to roast meat or fish, to be enjoyed on slices of toast or as a side dish. Also excellent for preparing burgers and sandwiches or with roast sausage.

Onion 80%, oliove oil, wine vinegar, sugar, extra virgin olive oil, salt, black pepper.
