The company

 

The Chincana oil mill was born in 2015 with the aim of enhancing the absolute quality of the olive trees present in the Cianciana (AG) territory in the Sicani Mountains, through modern processing techniques such as cold extraction.

Starting from strictly family-run crops and scrupulous attention throughout the processing phase, from harvesting to milling and bottling, it is possible to obtain a fruity and balanced extra virgin olive oil.

The cold extraction respecting the kneading times, allows to guarantee all the organoleptic and healthy qualities that a superior quality extra virgin olive oil must have, thus obtaining an oil with unique sensory characteristics, unaltered and absolutely unmistakable, linked to the olive groves of the Sicilian hinterland from which it derives.

The line of Flavored Evo Oil allows all this thanks to a combination of the quality of the Evo Oil of Superior Category and BIO dehydrated liposoluble aromas of a selected company, which guarantees the quality of the final product given by the complete dehydration of the added aromas and secondly it gives life to a final product in which both the aroma and taste of the oil and the intense aroma of the aroma used are perceived.

Particular attention has also been given to bottling given the use of darkened glass bottles to protect the product and the elegant not-filling cap to guarantee the quality of origin if this line is found in any restaurant that wants to give this choice to their customers.

Among the classic and original varieties there are oil with aroma of basil, garlic, origan, lemon, hot pepper and rosemary. All to try and enjoy at the table, where everyone can season the dishes according to their tastes.
