Produced by hand and with a persistent aroma, you can recognize those of the oranges from the Catania plain, Bourbon Givrèe vanilla pods, Pantelleria raisins and Noto almonds (Slow food presidium). The timelessness of the classic taste meets the crunchiness of a very fine glaze made with local hazelnut and almond flour. A well-balanced aromatic bouquet that makes the leavened product excellent in harmony between tradition and innovation. Its taste also derives from the prolonged preparation phases, from leavening (about 40 hours) to rest. This tastiness is the result of a delicate balance between eggs, selected flours, sugar, cream butter, sourdough and a lot of passion.
