Prepared on the basis of the well-known "agghiata trapanisa", this pesto is characterized by a delicate but very aromatic flavor, given by the use of strongly Mediterranean ingredients.
How to use:
It lends itself well to the preparation of pasta dishes, both hot and cold. It is advisable to taste the pesto with the traditional "busiate" from Trapani.
